Effective August 2, 2026. These Terms of Service replace any earlier terms of service published on this website. Where they conflict with any other statement published by PRG Premier Group, MP Realty Inc, or any website vendor or platform we use, these terms control.
Please read these terms carefully before using this website (the "Service"), operated by MP Realty Inc, doing business as PRG Premier Group, brokered by eXp Realty ("PRG", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You may create an account to save searches and listings. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
2. Communications and consent
Creating an account allows us to send you service messages about your account and the listings or searches you asked to follow, by email.
Creating an account is not consent to marketing text messages or telemarketing calls. Consent to receive text messages from us is obtained separately and specifically, through an unchecked checkbox on our forms or by your direct request, and is never a condition of any account, purchase, or service. Consent to receive automated or prerecorded calls, if ever requested, is likewise separate, specific, and optional.
You can stop email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and stop text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy govern text messaging and control over anything in this section.
3. Property listing information
Listing content is supplied through IDX feeds from the applicable multiple listing services and remains the property of the respective MLS and its participants. It is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use, may not be redistributed or used for any other purpose, and may not be used to build a competing database. Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PRG or the MLS. Properties shown may already be under agreement or off the market. Square footage, taxes, lot size, school information, and similar details should be independently verified.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on the Service is legal, tax, appraisal, mortgage, or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer, a binding valuation, or a commitment to buy, sell, or lend. Any home value estimate or cash-offer range shown or discussed is preliminary and subject to inspection, verification, and a written agreement. Consult your own attorney, accountant, or lender as appropriate.
5. Fair housing
PRG Premier Group supports and complies with federal, Rhode Island, and local fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, military status, or any other protected characteristic.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, to scrape, harvest, or copy listing data, to send spam, to interfere with the operation or security of the Service, or to misrepresent who you are.
7. Your content
If you post content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in connection with the Service. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content and may terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality belong to PRG and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our marks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
9. DMCA notices
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to melissa@prgri.com with the subject line "Copyright Infringement", including: a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act for the owner; identification of the work claimed to be infringed, with a URL or copy; identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location; your contact information; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. Knowing misrepresentation may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
10. Third-party links
The Service may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and linking is not endorsement.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of PRG and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents for any and all claims arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service.
12. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may revise these terms, at any time. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.
