This notice applies specifically to mobile phone numbers, text messaging consent and text message data collected by PRG Premier Group, operated by MP Realty Inc, brokered by eXp Realty ("PRG", "we", "us"). For text messaging, this notice controls over any general statement elsewhere on this website.

No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers or messaging consent. Mobile information is disclosed only to the telecommunications providers required to transmit the message you asked to receive, and only as required by law.

What we collect and why

When you submit a form on this website you may provide your name, mobile phone number, email address and details about the property or service you are interested in. If you give consent to be texted, we use your mobile number only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up with you about real estate matters: replies to property questions, home valuation follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on prior conversations with our team.

Your consent

Text message consent is given by you, is never a condition of any purchase, and is never obtained from or transferred to any other company. You may withdraw it at any time.

Message frequency, rates, and how to stop

Retention and security

We keep your mobile number, the record of your consent, and your opt-out request for as long as needed to honor your preferences and to meet our legal obligations, stored using current industry-standard safeguards.
