Effective August 2, 2026. These terms govern text messages sent by PRG Premier Group, operated by MP Realty Inc, brokered by eXp Realty. For text messaging, these terms control over any general statement elsewhere on this website.

Program description

If you provide your mobile number and consent on a form on this website, a PRG Premier Group agent or team member may text you about real estate matters you asked about: replies to property inquiries, home valuation follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on prior conversations. Messages are sent by PRG Premier Group only. We do not send text messages on behalf of any third party, and we do not send third-party marketing, lead-generation, loan, debt, or affiliate offers by text.

Consent

Consent is given by you on our web form, is not a condition of purchasing any property, product or service, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than 6 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL to any message to stop. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
