Here is your weekly Rhode Island real estate market update. Within the last seven days, 283 new listings have hit the market, and 369 contracts have been accepted, so there are many delighted new homeowners out there right now. Also in the last week, 235 properties have closed and sold. As you can see, the market is still very active.

I realize there are people out there who are struggling.
