Q: Should I Buy or Sell Amid COVID-19?

Should you consider buying or selling during this pandemic? Of course, we’re living in very unpredictable times, but we’re still helping people buy and sell homes. We’re taking precautionary measures to keep everyone involved safe. 

We will be dealing with the coronavirus for a long time, but we have adjusted to the new normal. We disinfect every surface someone could touch with Lysol disinfectant, we wear booties and give them to all buyers touring a house, we wear and are handing out gloves, we’re always wearing our masks, we ensure we’re always keeping a six-foot distance between everyone, and we’re limiting viewings to only two clients at a time. 

Our real estate market is still going strong. Buyers are currently receiving great interest rates - they’re very low. There’s not much housing inventory in the state, so sellers are benefiting from multiple offers. Despite the health crisis and the extra safety measures that come along with it, it’s a good time to buy or sell a home.
